New Clients:
It is important to evaluate how a dog interacts over a period of time, since dogs may react differently as they adjust to a new environment. For this reason, we require a new client evaluation before scheduling a boarding stay or a daycare package.

We offer three types of evaluations:

Day Care: Dogs experience a full day-care day — playing, meeting many new dog and human friends while becoming familiar with all the indoor and outdoor areas. Your dog can be picked up during our afternoon office hours of 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Day Care Evaluation fee is $35.

Day Stay: Dogs who prefer independent play time can enjoy visits with humans during their stay and become familiar with our center. This is a great option for senior dogs and dogs who enjoy their space and quiet time.  Day stay Evalation fee is $35.

Overnight: If you are planning to board your dog during a holiday or other peak time, an Overnight Evaluation is required, which includes day care. Overnight Evaluation boarding starts at $49 depending on the suite booked for your dog's stay.

Submit your vaccination records: To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we require vaccination records from your veterinarian 7 days prior to arrival. Vaccination records can be uploaded via the Boarding Request Form. We take health and safety seriously; records not received 7 days prior to a guest's stay will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

For at least 10 days prior to arrival, we request that pup guests refrain from visiting veterinarians’ offices, grooming salons, day camps, dog shows, and other places where they may be exposed to a contagious virus. ​

Time to pack!

Food: We highly recommend bringing your dog’s usual food to keep them on the diet they’re used to. We just ask you please package and label each serving separately.  Meals provided by Holiday House will be an additional charge.  

Toys/Bedding: It’s important to us that your dog feels right at with us. Please feel free to bring one or two of your dog’s toys to help them settle in. Some pet parents also bring a towel or t-shirt that smells like them to remind their dog of home. Please ensure bedding or toys you bring can be safely sanitized using our commercial-grade equipment and clearly label all belongings with your dog’s name. We cannot be responsible for items left with us.

Medications: We will be happy to maintain your dog’s health regimen during his or her visit by administering oral or topical medications, vitamins, or supplements, including heartworm and flea and tick medication at no additional charge. Please bring medication in the original prescription container labeled with your dog’s name and dosage. Items are typically administered in conjunction with the time that we feed breakfast and dinner.

Time for Fun!  Drop off your pup(s) during your scheduled drop-off time and leave the fun to us!  We'll send pictures and updates throughout your dog's stay to show you how much fun they're having!
