Monday–Friday: 7:30–10:00 AM & 4:30–7:00 PM

Saturday: 7:30–10:00 AM

These updated hours are designed to give our team more quality time with the pups. By streamlining pick-up and drop-off windows, we can focus on personalized attention, supervised play, and meaningful engagement throughout each day. Every pup gets the care, interaction, and fun they deserve!

🐕‍🦺Independent Pup Guest Policy Update

Independent Pup Guests who aren’t a fit for group play activities are required to be booked into a Deluxe Suite.

During their stay, they enjoy:

We are a private residence and family owned small business 🏡, and your pup’s safety—and ours—is our top priority 🐾💛. While our boarding house and play areas are visible from the driveway 👀🐶, giving you a peek at where your pup will enjoy their day, we do not allow tours inside.

 

We understand why a customer might want a tour—you want to see how your pup will spend their time 🐕💖. At Holiday House, we provide constant, attentive care in a safe, calm environment, and tours would disrupt that carefully maintained space. For more on this policy change,
